Cooking candy pizza
Preparation time 15 Minutes
Baking time 30 minutes
1-On a flat floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. The dough should not be too thin so that it does not tear when rolled. Sprinkle enough flour under it so that it does not stick to the bottom surface after filling on it.
2-Spread a layer of sauce on the dough. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage or whatever you like.
3-Start rolling the pizza along the length of the dough and continue until the end.
4-Using kitchen scissors, cut the pizza roll into three-centimeter-wide rolls.
5-Place a layer of greaseproof paper on the bottom of the oven tray. Arrange these rolls at intervals. Leave them for 15 to 20 minutes to puff the dough and double the volume of the rolls.
6- Then place them in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes until the cheeses are watery and the surface of the rolls is golden.
7- Prepare a number of pizza rolls, wooden skewers or plastic candy sticks and drag them to the stick.
